This Indian Rosewood side table with a cantilevered design was really special. The front "Toe" piece on the base was hand carved to match the profile of the exisiting top piece. The beautuful rich grain of the wood looked very three dimensional and the chatoyance (cat's eye like shimmer) was simply fantastic.
